Is this a good meal plan or diet for a teen?
Im 15 years old 5' 9″ and 175 lb . I play sports but now im limited to only once a week since my season eneded. Im planning on goin to the gym everyday or every othrr day for lifting( switching off between upper and lower body) and to also run or swim. This is my meal plan that i want to stick with :
morning-1 bowl of cereal with 2%milk or just like a apple and a glass of water
lunch – water. Turkey and cheese on whole wheat. A fruit
dinner- eithrr grilled chicken or salmon or a salad. With different kinds of veggies
snacks – mixed nuts or fruit
